Cancellation and Refund Policy
We love to get it right for you, every single time you trust us with your purchase. We want you to have an absolutely hassle-free purchase experience.
We assure you that all products sold on toysoftribes.com are new and 100% genuine. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have bought from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or is different from what you ordered, you may lodge a request for replacement or refund.
Replacements & Exchanges
- Eligibility: Replacements are only accepted if the product received is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.
- Timeframe: You must inform us within 3 days of receiving the shipment. Requests made after 3 days will not be entertained.
- Mandatory Requirement: An unboxing video clearly showing the unopened package and the damage/defect is mandatory for any claim. Without this video, we cannot process a return or replacement.
- Replacement is subject to availability of stock. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund. You may also choose an existing stock item of the same or lower price as a replacement.
Process for Return/Exchange
- Please contact us either on phone or though email at contact@toysoftribes.com and provide the Order ID details along with the unboxing video.
- Customer Support will review your request and video. Once approved, we will inform you about the pickup process.
- Please ensure that the product is unused and in original condition. Include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the product.
- We do not charge extra for returns and all replacements/pickups are done free of cost for valid claims.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed only if a replacement is not available or if the claim is approved for a refund.
- The entire amount paid by you including shipping and gift charges will be transferred to your account. The time taken will be governed by our payment partner policies.
- If a pickup cannot be arranged from your location, you may be asked to ship the product back to us. You will be reimbursed the shipping charges against the original receipt.
Exceptions
- Made-to-order/custom products, international orders, and discounted items cannot be replaced or returned unless damaged upon arrival (valid unboxing video required).
- Handmade Variations: Please note that our products are custom handmade and might vary slightly in color, texture, or finish from what is shown online. These variations are a testament to the handcrafted nature of the product and are not considered defects for replacement.
- Claims without an unboxing video will be rejected.
